Mark Baratelli: Improv Cabaret at Puppets From the Edge

Mark Baratelli is no stranger to blogging or podcasting. He is also a talented performer, with disciplines in improv, comedy, music and I believe dance and photography on top of being a marketing whiz. You may have seen him on billboards and ads all around Orlando, performing at the SAK Comedy Lab, starring in his one-man show, Improv Cabaret at the Orlando Fringe Festival, the Footlight Theatre, and most recently the Orlando Puppet Festival.

This video is from a show at OPF titled “Puppets From the Edge”. The show is arranged by the fabulous Marsian of PuppetSlam.com and Heather Henson. Mark is joined as always by his accompanist Jim Rhinehart, and a special puppet guest “Turds” the turtle, performed by James Donmoyer of Am-Jam Productions here in Orlando.

You can see more samples of Improv Cabaret at the show’s YouTube page. Send us videos liberatr [at] gmail dot com.

- Why ask? This confirms you are a human user!

In this crazy hurricane we call Internet Video, I get a jones for finding things that were made in my backyard. I hope these little blogs can bring a bit of that joy to you, and maybe help you make a new friend. It's the least I can do.
